Roadmap insurance

All the projects with which CALAVERAS LAB collaborates have a follow-up guarantee since each one pays a roadmap insurance. With which it is guaranteed that according to the stage in which the project is found, what is promised is fulfilled. And in extreme cases CALAVERAS LAB may take full control of said project so that it is not abandoned. (CALAVERAS LAB can only guarantee that the original roadmap is fulfilled, it is a matter of each project that they fulfill all their promises).

If the community informs us that the creators leave the project we will try to contact them and motivate them to comply with their community. If that doesn't work according to the % of sales achieved, we'll take action. And we will never collaborate with any member of that team. To collaborate with CALAVERAS LAB, they must accept a contract that in case of abandonment, the rights of the contract, the opensea page and the total of the NFT not minted will become the property of CALAVERAS LAB. As well as the total earnings after taking the contract, including royalties. If the project is serious, you will have no problem working with us since they will refund your insurance. As a team, they will take full control of the contract and the opensea website, adhering to their original roadmap.

But if the project intends to disappear after the initial minting, it is not in your best interest to work with us as the waybill insurance will be used to fulfill the waybill and you will not receive any further benefits in the future or from the NFTs that are subsequently minted. or royalties.

Abandonment is when:
a) You have more than 2 months without posting on your social networks. The total of the collection was not minted and the roadmap was not met.
b) He has more than 2 months without posting on his social networks. If the total of the collection was coined but the commitments of the roadmap were not fulfilled.
It is not abandonment when:

a) They constantly post on their social networks. (3 posts about your project per week)
b)He has more than 2 months without posting on his social networks. But more than 80% of the collection was minted and if it fulfilled all the commitments of the total roadmap.

Full control of the opensea contract and page will be handed over to the creator as soon as they comply with all the commitments of the original roadmap. (All agreements as well as the original roadmap are included in the smart contract which the creators read and accepted)
Being the advantages of the projects that collaborate with us that the investors will have the security that the project will be safe, reliable and with a vision to the future

Frequent questions:

Q.- What guarantees do I have that the projects where CALAVERAS LAB collaborates will not be abandoned by their creators in the near future.
A.- We cannot guarantee that the creators will continue with the project in the long term, what we can do is make sure that they comply with their original roadmap that is in the same smart contract. For this we have a roadmap insurance. Which consists of retaining a percentage of profits, only the equivalent and necessary to comply with the roadmap at each stage. In the event that the creators abandon the project, CALAVERAS LAB would take control of it to monitor it and make it grow until it meets all the commitments of the original roadmap.

Q.- What happens if the creators leave the project and do not give their authorization for CALAVERAS LAB to continue with the project?
A.- The creators read and sign a contract where they transfer the rights of the project to CALAVERAS LAB. In case of abandonment, regardless of that, the smart contract itself remains the property of CALAVERAS LAB, until the creators comply with the roadmap. So we could even change the art of the NFTs to keep the project on track.

Q.- What happens if a project that collaborates with CALAVERAS LAB turns out to be an imitation or a fraud and opensea disappears the collection?
A.- All projects are fully investigated. But the NFT investor has to research the collection very well before investing. But if for some reason it turns out to be an imitation or a fraud, depending on the amount of mintages paid, it will be the actions we would take that range from offering NFTs from other projects we collaborate with to creating a new collection to replace the lost collection.

Q.- For how long do you guarantee that a collection will be active and will not be abandoned?
A.- All the collections will be on trial at the start of the minting date and until they fulfill what was promised in their roadmap or we take control of the project. Once all the commitments of the roadmap are fulfilled, our work is finished.

Q.- In what chain of blocks are the projects with which they collaborate.
A.- We only collaborate with ethereum and polygon projects.

p.- If you won an NFT in a raffle with one of its promoters or with the account of the creators of the project and they did not deliver it to the person who claims:
A.- We always deliver all the prizes in the case of polygons the same day that the winners are announced, and if it is in ethereum, they will be delivered at the end of the first minting date. If for some reason it was not delivered to you and you did not complete all the requirements, contact us to solve it as soon as possible.

Q.- What happens after the roadmap of a project is finished?
A.- We only follow up until the first roadmap is completed and all its commitments are met. After that each project will take different actions that they and their community will decide.

Questions and answers for creators.

Q.- What advantages do I have if CALAVERAS LAB collaborates with my project?
A.- All our contracts are tested and guaranteed, the minting and information web pages are reviewed several times by us and by the project team. Not every project can collaborate with CALAVERAS LAB has to meet certain requirements that make collectors trust your project. Since at least the completion of the original roadmap and the fulfillment of its commitments are guaranteed. Other advantages are the collaborations between related projects, they will appear on our page according to the progress of your project, all with the aim of making your project successful and have visibility.

Q.- If you collaborate with my project, will it appear on the CALAVERAS LAB page?
A.-All the projects with which we collaborate appear in one way or another on our page. We have several sections where the project can appear.

-The first is in the future projects section where all the projects that have not yet reached their minting date are. And they are listed from the oldest to the most recent date.
- Featured projects section. These projects are the ones that hired a package of promoters in CALAVERAS LAB
- Ranking page. Where the projects appear with a series of qualifications such as total mintage, monthly floor price and level of progress of their roadmap.
-If your collection is delicate or for adults, it will be in a special section for that theme, where all collections will have an internal market.
- The last one is the section of completed projects. Which are all the projects that completed their roadmap and fulfilled all their commitments.

Q.- Will my project be in the open sea?
A.- Yes, all projects that do not violate the rules of that platform will be in the open sea,

Q.- My project has sensitive or adult content. Will it appear in opensea?
A.- All the projects appear in opensea but it is most likely that this collection will be blacklisted and will disappear from opensea.

Q.- How can my project be in the featured projects section on the home page?
A.- To be a featured project you have to purchase a CALAVERAS LAB Promotion package.

Q.-I already have my smart contract and my mining website, I can be part of CALAVE-RAS LAB
A.-In order to guarantee the communities of the projects where we collaborate that they are serious and long-term projects, all smart contracts have to have some special characteristics, to be able to be donated and that CALAVERAS LAB can have control of them in case of abandonment. Therefore, the contract must necessarily be created by us. But not the minting page that can be created externally.

Q.- Can someone get a collection by copying mine into CALAVERAS LAB
A.- No. At CALAVERAS LAB we want all projects to be original. We do not accept copies or tributes from other collections inside and outside CALAVERAS LAB. The collections have to be different enough not to be confused and thus be accepted by us.

Q.- I can take out two or more collections at the same time within CALAVERAS LAB.
A.- No. We will only collaborate with one project per person or team until the roadmap for that collection is completed. After that you can get a new one. This is to ensure that the collections cum-plan with their roadmap and commitments to their community.

Q.- What is roadmap insurance and why do I have to accept it?
A.- This insurance is the guarantee that we give to your community that you will comply with all of your roadmap and its commitments. It is equivalent to what it would cost you to fulfill all the commitments if the roadmap ends. When you have fulfilled all the commitments of the original roadmap written in the smart contract, the full amount will be returned to you, as well as full control of the contract and the opensea page. In the event that you abandon the project, a part of the insurance will be used to create a new team to guarantee the community that the project continues to grow. And the other part is to fulfill the commitments of each stage.

Q.- Because I have to agree to donate my project to CALAVERAS LAB if I abandon it.
A.- For people to trust the projects with which we collaborate, we have to guarantee that at least the original roadmap is complied with. For this, if a project is abandoned, we have to take control to be able to fulfill all its commitments.

Q.- If I abandon the project and it is taken over by CALAVERAS LAB, will I be able to recover it?
A.- Before taking on the project we will try to communicate with you and your team so that they return to the activity and recover it or donate it to Calaveras Lab. We will send you emails and messages by all the means that you provide us, if after a month we do not get answer we will take control and start investing in it. From that point you will no longer be able to recover it and you will only receive a part of the profits that are generated from that moment.

Q.- If I abandon my project and donate it to CALAVERAS LAB, what part of the profits will I receive?
A.- By leaving the project you donate all the rights to CALAVERAS LAB. After this you will only receive 10% of the sales in the primary market (does not include minting for giveaways) and 1% of the secondary market.

Q.- What happens if you do not agree to donate the project in case of abandonment.
A.- In order for us to collaborate with your project, it is necessary to accept the conditions of a possible donation and payment of the roadmap insurance. Therefore, you will be asked to video read the document to ensure that you understand all of our requirements. That video remains in your archive where only we have access to it. Those are our conditions. Which are more than anything to guarantee your community that you will at least comply with your roadmap.

Q.- If for reasons of health or beyond my and my team's control I cannot continue with the project but if I want to keep it, can I request an extension of time so that it is not considered abandoned?
A.- Yes. The extensions are given for no more than 3 weeks a year, in which we will only leave a message on your page saying when you return and the reason why you will be absent. At the end of the 3 weeks we will contact the team representative to make sure they will return or if they will donate it. From that moment you have two weeks to return if it will not be considered abandonment.

Q.- What should I do so that my project does not go into abandonment?
A.- So that we do not consider your project abandoned, you have to do things well attached to your road-map, fulfilling any of these requirements:

- Post on your social networks regularly at least twice a week, and motivate your community to move forward, fulfill the commitments of each completed stage of the roadmap in the established time.
-Compliance with all the commitments of the roadmap no matter what stage you are in.

Q.- Can I voluntarily donate my project to CALAVERAS LAB at any time?
A.- Yes... you can donate your project as long as all the stages of the road-map have not been completed.
